Tuvalu / 8th place
Grant is a super likeable guy which often helps him go the distance in games, but from what I've heard and seen he isn't the greatest strategically and can be a little unaware/naive. He seems to be a super loyal ally if you can make one of him, which I hope to take advantage of. I do not think I am a target for him, though I do worry about his ties with the rest of the Warriors alum.
Threat-to-win status: Medium. I don't know if Grant has ever won a game before, but he definitely has it in him.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Low. Explicitly told me he isn't targeting me and has always been a supporter of mine in past games.
Jiangxi / 8th place
I've always gotten the impression from Don that he feels like he's "above" taking ORGs seriously/playing to win. I also get the vibe that he does not like me very much game-wise, especially after Pure, where I ruined his plan to propel Marta to a unanimous win because I decided I wanted to actually play the game. I don't intend on doing his bidding this game, either, so I don't think he'll want me around for long. Oop!
Threat-to-win status: Low. Doesn't seem to want to win.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Medium-high. He'll probably see me a buzzkill.
Tuvalu / 3rd place
Jiangxi / 3rd place
Her placements look good on paper, but considering both seasons were F3s and she got 0 votes in both, she's probably more of a goat than anything else. I get the impression that she's a bit of a messy villain, and I'm guessing she alienates possible FTC votes with her personality and/or lack of gameplay. She might be a good ally to have. She shouldn't have any reason to want me out since we have never met before. I'm going to try and bond with her as best I can.
Threat-to-win status: Low. Reasons stated above.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Low. For now.
Palawan / 3rd place
It's the bae <3 I think I can trust him 100%, unless I become a massive target and he feels like he needs to detach from me to keep himself safe. He can be pretty absent in games sometimes and isn't great at challenges but he's definitely likeable and has strategic capability.
Threat-to-win status: Medium. He might be sporadic, but he generally knows what he's doing.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Very low. This is our Warriors 4 redux and our chance to become the POWER DUO we were always meant to be.
Palawan / 13th place
Jiangxi / 14th place
Tuvalu / 16th place
Luanda / 17th place
When I made this post originally I noticed that he is only missing 15th in his placement streak. If he gets it this game he will have a perfect 13th - 17th placement set for TSG. GOD BLESS. I don't intend on letting him get 15th, though. I will use my feminine wiles to charm him and make him a loyal ally and take him as far as possible. I have already planted seeds by offering him a day 1 final 2 deal and photoshopping the album cover for Trilogy when he suggested we call our F2 alliance "The Weeknd Warriors" <3 I don't know what it is about him that makes him such a flop in like every game he plays, but I'm assuming that he just fails to integrate most of the time and becomes the easy boot in the event his tribe loses. Hopefully people do not just regard him as pre-merge boot fodder and go after him early like they always do. I will protect him as best I can (providing I don't get made into pre-merge boot fodder), but I won't risk my game for him. WE WILL SEE HOW IT GOES.
Threat-to-win status: Low. Frank is cursed.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Very low
. I think he'll be loyal to me if I return the favour.
Tuvalu / 12th place
I'm sure Travis will grow into a decent ORG player but at the moment I really do think he is just too young to a) integrate with the mostly college/young professional-aged community properly and b) "get" how games work. We have past beef and although it really does seem to be in the past, I will not ever put myself into a position where I have to rely on him as an ally, and I doubt he'll ever trust me either. He also picked fucking Cochran as his rep, which disgusts me beyond belief. I hate his face so much.
Threat-to-win status: Low
. I can't see him making it to the end, but I guess he could surprise me.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Medium. As stated, we have previous beef, but I think he'd be easy to make an ally out of given enough effort.
Tuvalu / 2nd place
I know very little about Courtney, but she nearly beat Morgan in Tuvalu, so that's something.
Threat-to-win status: High
Threat-to-Sierra status: ?
Jiangxi / 2nd place
Zach is a very capable and scary player. I say "scary" because he is very good at using existing relationships to his advantage, and then abandoning them when they do not help him anymore. This is a skill I have not yet developed. He is definitely a triple threat. In Epic, he was very well-liked, flipped a billion times on various allies when it suited him, and was never truly targeted until F6, and I can see him replicating that gameplay here. He recently won Pure 3, almost won Jiangxi, and was a shoe in to win Epic (though only after my elimination, obvi). I trust him to an extent, but I don't expect him to have my back if it doesn't favour his game.
Threat-to-win status: High
. Very savvy in all areas, not afraid to make moves or hurt feelings when required.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Medium. He's a great ally... until he's not anymore.
Luanda / 16th place
I don't think this is Twisted Ian even though people seem to think it was??? But I feel like he got booted from Luanda for hugely overplaying and being generally obnoxious. He definitely seems super excitable and social and we've already bonded quite a bit over LoL, but I don't doubt that he's chatting everyone else up as well. I'd like to think we could be allies, but only time will tell.
Threat-to-win status: Low. I think his personality is just too big to allow him to rein it in enough to get to the end.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Low. Again, for now.
Luanda / 11th place
Jamie and I were allies in Luanda and I expect that will probably continue here. He is a bit of a loose cannon, though, and getting on his bad side would probably yield catastrophic results. Should probably tread carefully.
Threat-to-win status: Low. Too much of an OTT presence and doesn't seem to be particularly good at enforcing his strategic plans.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Low. He has no reason to target me and we have a good relationship.
Luanda / 3rd place
Joaquin was pretty much THE goat of Luanda, and not only was he THE goat, he was MY goat. I 100% do not expect that to repeat itself here. In Epic I expected him to be super cutthroat which caused me to pull away from him earlier than I regularly would have, but he turned out to be undyingly loyal to me and the rest of our alliance while I merrily flipped away, seeing our group as a "sinking ship". Hopefully that has not destroyed his trust in me, as I'd like to work with him again this game, especially since he should be performing at his full potential this time around.
Threat-to-win status: Medium-high. Joaq is a sleeper threat - people who don't know him well won't expect much from him, but he is actually a strategic powerhouse.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Very low, at least to start with. I expect him to be extremely loyal to and open with Matty even if he isn't to me, and I think Matty will hold it down for me at least early on.
Brazil / 3rd place
I recently played with JT and he flipped on me for shady reasons, so I don't trust him. He is not very articulate at all and I think plays a pretty poor game all-around. I don't know what he and Frank are like when they're together or if he is at all influenced by Frank, but I kind of hope he is so that my relationship with Frank will stop JT from targeting me.
Threat-to-win status: Low. He's not a great game player, and to make matters worse, he's not great at articulating himself either.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Low. Or at least it should be.
Brazil / 5th place
Jiangxi / 4th place
Jiangxi / 7th place
Palawan / 6th place
Even though Marta is basically a caricature of a human being that the whole ORG world simultaneously reveres and makes fun of, I actually genuinely enjoy her as a person. Before I disappeared in Warriors 4 she was my favourite person and my closest ally and we do have genuinely good conversations. I also find her very easy to read - she doesn't seem to make any effort to hide her intentions. I know she gets along really well with the Warriors crew, though, which may not bode well for me.
Threat-to-win status: Medium-low. I'm pretty sure everyone here knows her and how she plays. The only way she gets to the end is if people make a point of actively allowing her to.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Medium-low. I think we could be allies in this game, but it depends on other factors.
Luanda / Winner
I'm the only past winner here and I'll probably be first boot, but at least I'll look cute while it's happening.
Threat-to-win status: Medium-low. If I can get near the end I'll have a really good shot, but I can't see myself making it there.
Threat-to-Sierra status: High. I am a hazard to myself.
Luanda / 6th place
I don't know whether Steph will actually go after me or if she will try to rekindle our Luanda bond. We've communicated sporadically since the season ended but I've admittedly been a shitty friend (like, hardly responding to her snaps/txts) so I doubt that has inspired any trust in me. I would not be at all surprised if she really DID try to make me first boot.
Threat-to-win status: Medium-high. She has a super strong social game and knows how to manipulate it to make it work for her strategically. Her GvE confessionals have also given me an insight into how articulate and persuasive she can be. I don't need that sitting against me at FTC.
Threat-to-Sierra status: Medium-high (if I'm not mistaken). She has no reason to trust me again (although I maintain that she was plotting against me as well...) and has made a billion "jokes" about targeting me early on.
Luanda / 7th place
I am sick of playing with him because I flat out can't trust him for shit and he always goes after me because he knows I don't trust him. It's a vicious cycle. Even when I try to work with him on equal footing he still feels the need to like, deal a low blow and cut me off below the ankles so that I have to rely on him in order for anything to work. I'm over it. Earlier he goes the better. The only positive is that he pretty much lives and breathes lies and every lie he tells is extremely transparent to me, so he won't be fooling me at all.
Threat-to-win status: Low. He never learns and won't win a game until he gets a handle on his erratic strategic gameplay and lack of social tact.
Threat-to-Sierra status: High. Obvious reasons.
Jiangxi / 11th place
LOL I do not know who this guy is but just like the real Tyson, he seems to have it out for me. He was heavily rooting against me last season and has already called me out in the group chat this season. He seems to be a bit of self-serious gamebot, so even with all else aside, we're unlikely to get along. Wouldn't mind showing him out the door early.
Threat-to-win status: Medium. Stratbots are a real threat in this environment.
Threat-to-Sierra status: High. He's probably scared of my "pregames".
